Hillsborough Park: Mute Swan - 6 - 3 adults plus a brood of 3 ; Canada Goose - 84 - Including 4 goslings ; 324 - 1 - Canada X Barnacle Goose hybrid still present ; Greylag Goose - 1 - plus with odd mainly white bird with orange legs (presumably some sort of hybrid) ; Coot - 1+ - including approximately 5 broods ; Mallard - 1+ - including fairly fresh brood of 4

Botanical Gardens: Dunnock - 3 - pr+juv ; Swift - 20-25 - Largest count this year ; Blackbird - 3 - 3 ad m on one neighbouring house roof. 1 singing, 2 looking unhappy.
