• Parkgate; Forge Way: Goldfinch - 30-40 - post-breeding flock ; Bullfinch - 1 - male, feeding on verge ; Greenfinch - 2 - feeding on verge
• Redmires conduit: Grey Wagtail - 3+ ; Lapwing - 1 - Displaying adult.
• Redmires Res: Common Scoter - 2 - males on Top Res - early am ; Common Sandpiper - 1
• Redmires Top Res: Common Scoter - 2 - 2 males at 08:00 ; Common Scoter - 8 - flew west at 10:10 ; Common Scoter - 7 - 7 drakes on the water - 10:30-12:00 ; House Martin - 3 ; Swallow - 6 ; Lesser Black-backed Gull - 16 - Adults + juvs ; Common Gull - 1 ; Herring Gull - 2 ; Black-headed Gull - 10 ; Tufted Duck - 4 - Female + 3 chicks ; Mallard - 15+ - Mainly females and juvs. 3 young downy chicks also. ; Canada Goose - 15 ; Spotted Flycatcher - 2 - adults feeding at least 2 just fledged juvs.
• Rivelin Valley: Little Owl - 1 - On dry stone wall near Windle House Farm ; Grey Wagtail - 1 - Juvenile foraging on roadside near junction of Rivelin Rd and Rivelin Valley Rd. ; Grey Wagtail - 1 - Juvenile at Holme Head Wheel dam.
