Aldwarke SF: Raven - 2 - over from NE, interacted with SH & forced down into trees; not relocated ; Sparrowhawk - 1 - over, mobbing RNs

Aldwarke; Liberty Steel: Peregrine - 1 - adult male on water tower briefly ; Greylag Goose - 5 - over from Thrybergh CP @ 0850hrs, dropped onto R Don within Liberty complex (one with white primaries in both wings)

Birchen Edge: Bullfinch - 2 - pair ; Carrion Crow - 2 ; Woodpigeon - 1 ; Wren - 1 ; Jackdaw - at least 10 - flock of pairs flying around

Chatsworth: Starling - c200 - feeding on ground in pastures by Park Farm ; 319 - 1 - flying over ; Carrion Crow - 2+ ; Kestrel - 1 - perched on wire ; Starling - c20 - perched on wire near Emperor Lake ; Mistle Thrush - 2 - in field with ground-feeding starlings ; Fieldfare - 10+ - feeding in field with starlings

Chatsworth, Emperor Lake: Coot - 1 ; Mallard - 20+ ; Cormorant - 1 - perched in tree ; Goosander - 1 - preening alongside flock of mallards ; Goldcrest - 2 ; Nuthatch - 2 ; Carrion Crow - 1 - flying over

Crabtree estate, Norwood: 322 - 1 - Alexandrine Parakeet male with Ring-necked Parakeet visiting peanut feeder.

Dennis Knoll: Treecreeper - 1 - Hopped across the road and climbed up and around a boulder before flying back into plantation.

Ecclesfield Library: Herring Gull - 10 - Circling low over Library, unusual for this site.

Gardom*s Edge: Rook - c30 - calling while flying up from feeding in nearby field ; Raven - 2 - flying over ; Grey Heron - 1 - flying overhead approx southward from direction of Big Moor

Graves Park: Goosander - 6 - 1 m, 5 f ; Mandarin - 10 ; Kestrel - 1 ; Great Spotted Woodpecker - 1 ; House Sparrow - 20+

Greystones: Blackcap - 1 male - male visiting garden feeder daily since 25th Jan still present mid Feb. Female also seen on a couple of occasions.
