Mt Darnall: Rook - 84 - Feeding on cow fields.my largest number here. Also one albernistic bird. ; Carrion Crow - 69 ; Jackdaw - 26

Silver Wood: Tawny Owl - 1 - Roosting high above path. ; Nuthatch - 1 - Alarm calling.

Too many moving too quickly among the leaves to count properly. Also quite a few groups of Mallards feeding in beech mast along the banks. ; Long-tailed Tit - 5 ; Mistle Thrush - 2 ; 324 - 1 - Black rabbit ; Tawny Owl - 2 (1+1) - Heard

Birchinlee Pasture: SNOW BUNTING - 2 - 2 on track near grouse butts

Derwent Valley: Mandarin - 50 - 50 mixed males and females roosting on Derwent res near Hollins clough bridge. ; Siskin - 100 + - Largest of several flocks observed flying around woodlands especially Larch trees in the Upper Derwent valley. This one near Hurst clough

Ecclesfield Park: Pink-footed Goose - 100+ - Skein over park going north/wear calling.

Ecclesfield.: Long-tailed Tit - 10 - flock, feeding in silver birch, Cross Hill
