• Rivelin Valley: Mallard - 2 - On Wolf Wheel ; Dipper - 1 - With silver ring on right leg near previous nest site ; Grey Wagtail - 2 - On river close to Hind Wheel ; Great Spotted Woodpecker - 3 - Displaying high in trees above Rivelin Valley Road ; Nuthatch - 1 ; Long-tailed Tit - 2 - Amongst regular small flocks in observers garden, two extremely confiding birds on feeders allowing you to touch their tails . One with blue, red and then large orange ring ,and another with a solid silver ring
