Lowfield: Waxwing - 120 - 15:00 to 15:40. 120 in tall trees beside Haggler's Corner occasionally dropping down to feed on the few remaining Rowan berries

Oughtibridge garden: Brambling - 1 - Feeding on sunflower hearts ; Lesser Redpoll - 4 - Feeding on Purple Loosetrife and Meadowsweet seeds, also drinking at garden pond ; Siskin - 1 - Drinking at pond

Owlthorpe: Goldfinch - 40+ - Every evening flyng around estate before roosting for the night

Greasbrough Dam,Wentworth: 319 - 1 - Flew from Dog Kennel Dam over field , landed near farmhouse woods 15.10 ; Lapwing - 50+ - Flock flew over Dog Kennel. 15.10 ; Meadow Pipit - 20+ - Feeding in field next to Dog Kennel 15.20.

Linacre Res: Mandarin - 24 ; Tufted Duck - 28 ; Goosander - 1 - a male ; Little Grebe - 2

Rotherham Centre: Kestrel - 1 - High over town centre, harassed by two Crows.

Rotherham Centre; All Saints* Church grounds: Goldfinch - 70-80 - gathering overhead before dropping into laurels to roost @ 1610hrs. More arriving.

Sheffield Centre: Waxwing - c100 - opposite Waitrose at 12:00 ; Waxwing - 100+ - At 12.00 and also on Exeter Drive

Ulley: BEAN GOOSE (Tundra/Taiga) - 1 - Still in flock of Grey-lags

Banner Cross: Waxwing - c20 - Landed briefly in tall trees in back garden.

Brownhills Lane: Kestrel - 1 - male ; Greylag Goose - 26 - in fields above Brownhills Lane

Catcliffe Flash: 320 - 30-35 - lots of calling/display ; Tufted Duck - 13 ; Grey Heron - 1 - adult
