  • Fulwood: Blackcap - 1 - female in observer's garden this morning
  • Hagg Lane Allotments: Bullfinch - 3 ; Redwing - 5 ; Great Spotted Woodpecker - 1 ; Coal Tit - 4 - On feeders ; Great Tit - 3 - On feeders ; Blue Tit - 5 - On feeders ; Dunnock - 2 ; Wren - 1 ; Robin - 3 ; Carrion Crow - 5 ; Magpie - 4 ; Nuthatch - 1 - On feeders ; Blackbird - 3
  • Kimberworth Park: 319 - 1 - Possibly 2 over Roughwood School @ 11:35.
  • Lodge Moor: Common Gull - 1 - adult on fields at Spider Park - unusual here and generally seem very scarce this autumn

  • Silverwood Lagoon: Cormorant - 1 ; Pochard - 2 ; Tufted Duck - 5 ; Gadwall - 3 ; Common Gull - 1 ; Lesser Black-backed Gull - 1 ; Black-headed Gull - 30 ; Water Rail - 1 - calling in reeds beyond southern end of lagoon. Still surprisingly scarce here despite seemingly ideal habitat. ; Kestrel - 1 ; Common Buzzard - 1 ; Jay - 4 ; Blackbird - 20+ - small influx ; Skylark - c.10 - in stubble fields to west

  • Endcliffe Park: Black-headed Gull - 42 ; Mandarin - 1 - male on lower pond ; Grey Wagtail - 1
  • Midhope Res: Jay - 5+ - 3 seen ; Brambling - 1 - Flew towards Langsett calling ; Fieldfare - 400+ - Large roving groups in the area, obvious recent influx ; Redwing - 50+ ; Blackbird - 20+ - Obvious recent influx ; Starling - 70+ - Across Low Moor/Upper Midhope area ; Tufted Duck - 2
