  • Brinsworth: Fieldfare - 1 - Visiting throughout day, feeding on Ivy bush berries.
  • Crookes: Waxwing - 3 - briefly in large tree at the top of School Road at 10:05
  • Hangingwater garden: Siskin - 3 - 2m + 1f, repeat visits

  • R Don, Rotherham Centre; adjacent interchange: Cormorant - 1 - on river; left S ; Long-tailed Tit - 2 ; Goldcrest - 1 ; Goldfinch - c10
  • R Don, Stevenson Rd: CASPIAN GULL - 1 - 1w still at Stevenson Rd this lunchtime between the blizzards
  • Sheffield Centre: Mistle Thrush - 1 - Singing in tree on Norfolk Road
  • Silverwood Lagoon: Jack Snipe - 1 - went up from boggy area at southern end
