• Orgreave Lakes: Water Pipit - 1 - again at Orgreave, on eastern shoreline at 08:40 before flying towards island ; Goldeneye - 2 - M&F, male displaying ; Pochard - 60+ ; Tufted Duck - 40+ ; Little Grebe - 3 ; Wigeon - 25+ ; Cormorant - 3 ; Lesser Black-backed Gull - 5+ ; Pink-footed Goose - 250+ - Flying NW 12.45 ; Kestrel - 1 ; Lapwing - 3+ ; Great Crested Grebe - 1 ; Grey Heron - 2 ; Pied Wagtail - 2 ; 320 - 6 ; Water Pipit - 1 - on small island briefly at 13:25, later flushed from east shore of main lake, flew to the bank near the breach. ; Great Black-backed Gull - 221 - pre roost sat on ice ; Herring Gull - c230 - pre-roost ; Common Gull - 1 - ad ; Black-headed Gull - c300 - including white ringed adult, ringed Oslo, Norway as a 2cy in 2013. ; 328 - 1 - male Ferruginous Duck x Pochard with Pochard flock on main lake. ; Stonechat - 2 - main lake east side reeds ; Water Pipit - 1 - On east shore briefly ; Stonechat - 2 ; Pochard - 118
• R Don, Kelham: Goosander - 4 - 2m + 2rh on the River Don at Kelham Island.
• Redmires: White-fronted Goose - 0 - No sign of any geese in Redmires area. Favoured fields heavily disturbed through use as sledging runs.
• Redmires Top Res: Black-headed Gull - 114 - Roosted

• Sheffield Centre: Redwing - 40 - three parties of birds in tree tops on Penistone Road, Clough Road and St Mary's church. ; Mistle Thrush - 2 - Feeding in trees in Duchess Road open space ; Pink-footed Goose - c130 - Skein flew from the east until over The Moor area and turned north at 11:15
• Shillito Wood: Pink-footed Goose - c60 - flew over SW at 13:15
• Shirebrook Valley: Chiffchaff - 1 - Moving around in low vegetation either side of Trans Pennine Path, behind Beighton Road Dumpit Site.
