Longshaw: Merlin - 1 - female across fields below lodge ; Siskin - 40 - single flock in alders above pond ; Lesser Redpoll - 15 - with Siskin in alders above pond ; COMMON (Mealy) REDPOLL - 1 - probable male with Lessers in alders above pond; chunky, paler/ greyer upperparts and wingbars, extensive bright pink flush to breast (rump not seen)

Low Common: Kestrel - 1 - female/juv ; Fieldfare - 50+ - Moving E from Morley some feeding in stubble field with lesser numbers of Redwing.
