  • Weston Park: Mallard - c25 ; Mallard hybrid - 3+ - around the pool ; Feral Pigeon - c80 - many sheltering from relentless drizzle on buildings ; Moorhen - 7+ - At least two adults and at least 5 juveniles ; Magpie - 3 - feeding on grass ; Robin - 2 - One adult and one speckled juv.   • Catcliffe Flash: Black-headed Gull - 2 ; Gadwall - 4+ - M&F ; Great Crested Grebe - 1 ; Sand Martin - 6+ ; Swallow - 2+ ; Willow Warbler - 1 ; Long-tailed Tit - 10 ; House Martin - 2+
  • Cressbrook Dale: Raven - 2
  • Green Moor: Whitethroat - 3+ - Adults and at least one juv - bred
  • Grindleford: Mandarin - 3 over
  • Grindleford Station: Song Thrush - 1

  • Wardlow Hay Cop: Redstart - 3 - at least 3, 2m, 1f ; Redstart - 3 - fem ; Tree Pipit - 2 - down ; Marsh Tit - 2 - with tit and warbler flock in Hawthorn scrub, and feeding on Teasel seeds.
