  • Big Moor: Pink-footed Goose - 140 - flying west at 11.55. ; Reed Bunting - 10
  • Birley Edge: 319 - 1 ; Pied Wagtail - 2 - On telegraph wires. Unusual to see around here.
  • Elsecar Res: Goldeneye - 1 - drake
  • Firsby Res: Pink-footed Goose - 200+ - flew west ; Black-headed Gull - 1 - Single through. ; 319 - 3 - Down worming on farmland. ; Tawny Owl - 1 - Mobbed by Blackbirds. ; Jay - 1 ; Kestrel - 1 - Male. ; Fieldfare - 50+ - Feeding on berries. ; Blackbird - 4 - Mobbing Tawny. ; Meadow Pipit - 1 ; Starling - 20+ - Down on ploughed field. ; Snipe - 2 - Feeding on flooded farmland. ; Linnet - 2+ ; Bullfinch - 2 ; Lesser Redpoll - 5+ ; Chaffinch - 1 ; Goldcrest - 1 ; Pied Wagtail - 8 - Down together on farmland. ; 324 - 3 - Roe Deer.
