  • Aldwarke: Siskin - 8 ; Redwing - 2 ; Pied Wagtail - 2 ; Grey Wagtail - 1 ; Woodcock - 5 - 3 flushed together (SK4394) + 2 singles (SK4494), all from buddleia scrub ; Cormorant - 8 - on pylons
  • Aldwarke; Liberty Steels: Peregrine - 1 - male, hunting FPs @ 1115hrs. Pigeon took shelter & PE tried several times to make it fly before settling on safety rail ; Feral Pigeon - c120
  • Alport Valley: Peregrine - 1 - Male in pursuit of a woodpigeon, flew north after it failed ; Common Buzzard - 2 ; Kestrel - 3 ; Fieldfare - 50+
  • Baslow Edge: Redwing - 30 - Feeding in fields below edge ; Goldfinch - 25 - Small flock flying over
