Redmires Res: Canada Goose - 40 - c. ; Greylag Goose - 50 - c. ; Mallard - 80 - c. ; 320 - 20 - c. ; Pintail - 1 - still present with Teal on Middle Res ; Tufted Duck - 2 - on Middle Res ; Peregrine - 1 - briefly scattered thrushes over Fairthorn Clough ; Fieldfare - 800 - c. in and around the Top and Bottom Reservoirs which appeared out of the clearing fog. All had departed SW by 14:00 hrs ; Redwing - 400 - c. around Top and Bottom Reservoirs with Fieldfares after the fog cleared - all had left SW by 14:00 hrs ; Blackbird - 23 - around reservoir perimeter with other thrushes - influx ; Song Thrush - 6 - with other thrushes - including one showing obvious characteristics of the continental race flushed from a bracken bed ; Lesser Black-backed Gull - 10 - c. ; Herring Gull - 3 ; Lapwing - 100 - c. ; Golden Plover - 20 - c. ; Common Gull - 1 - ad W ; Black-headed Gull - 40 - c
