Cinder Hills: Redwing - 30+ - from brambles and hawthorn, into Scholes Coppice/Raspberry Plantation ; Linnet - 30+ - from top of Ash tree, boundary of Upper Common and Midddle Common

Crookes Valley Park: Shag - 4 - juv/1st w. at dusk. Disturbed by swimmers, started circling (nearly colliding with a Sparrowhawk!), 2 leaving approx. ENE at 18:04, 2 remaining. ; Shag - 4 - including colour-ringed bird - white RZW
