  • Brownhills Lane: Greylag Goose - 170 - In 3 different fields
  • Canklow Woods: Lesser Redpoll - 20
  • High Storrs: Great Spotted Woodpecker - 1 - In garden feeding on fat cakes/blocks
  • Low Common: Fieldfare - 5+ - from defunct hedge and ditch
  • Millhouses: Redwing - 55 - Total in three small parties South 0810 to 0840.
  • Morley Pond: Great Crested Grebe - 4 - 1 pair displaying ; Mute Swan - 2 - Adult pair ( 035 and 316) ; Mallard - 1+ ; Tufted Duck - 4 ; Moorhen - 2 ; Black-headed Gull - 30+
  • Onesmoor: Skylark - c30 - Feeding in crop (turnip?) field.

  • Redmires Top Res: Moorhen - 2 ; Black-headed Gull - 240 - late afternoon
