  • Barnside Moor: Meadow Pipit - 10+ - Display ; Curlew - 1
  • Brightside: Common Buzzard - 2 - high over
  • Burncross: Greenfinch - 1 - Song/display
  • Crookes: Sparrowhawk - 1 - In small tree by Springvale Road between Western and Cobden View Roads. Flew off across the road, dashing close to surfaces.
  • Europa Way steel works: Ringed Plover - 3 ; Golden Plover - 29
