Blackburn Meadows: Pink-footed Goose - 130+ - flew west at 10:10

Denaby Lane: Barn Owl - 1 - Hunting roadside at 00:15 hrs

Ecclesfield: Pink-footed Goose - 120 - Flew north-west at 10:20

Handsworth garden: Sparrowhawk - 1 - Female

High Green: Pink-footed Goose - 400+ - Flew north at 09:35

Hurlfield: Glaucous Gull - 1 - on Springs Academy playing fields 12:35-12:45 then appeared to fly to roof of sports hall. (v poor record shot)

Norwood Allotments: Pink-footed Goose - c480 - 40 at 9:15, c160 at 10:20, c130 at 10:25 and c150 at 10:30. All going more or less west.

Orgreave Lakes: Whooper Swan - 7 ; Shelduck - 2 ; Whooper Swan - 7 - left at 12.40 hrs NW, calling. ; Shelduck - 2 ; Lapwing - 80+ - high over then on tip and island. ; Stonechat - 1 - male. ; Linnet - 40+ ; Bullfinch - 5 ; Goldeneye - 3 - Male,2 females.

Wire Mill Dam: Goosander - 3 - 1 male and two redheads. Skittish then flew E down valley

Bramall Lane: Waxwing - 50 - Flock of about 50 along with 20+ Redwings in trees around St Mary's Church.
