  • Darnall: Carrion Crow - 2 - pair nest building .
  • Dore garden: Brambling - 7 - inc 2m ; Siskin - 2 - 1m ; Great Spotted Woodpecker - 1 - m
  • Elsecar Res: Goosander - 2 ; Great Crested Grebe - 9
  • Endcliffe Park: Mandarin - 2 - male & female in lower pond ; Black-headed Gull - 13 - lower pond ; Grey Wagtail - 1 ; Jay - 1 ; Pied Wagtail - 1
  • Forge Dam: 320 - 1 - female
  • Graves Park: Lesser Spotted Woodpecker - 01-Feb - one drumming for extensive period around 06.30 150 m or so NW of Charles Ashmore Road car park. Possibly second bird singing briefly nearby (pair?). ; Brambling - 4 - in beeches at NW edge of golf course ; Tufted Duck - 20 - plenty of calling ; Coot - 35 ; Mandarin - 8 ; Canada Goose - 4
  • Greystones: Waxwing - 40 - 06:40 Initially around 20 individuals but joined by another 20. Preening and resting in Sycamore before coming down to Cotoneaster berries to feed. ; Waxwing - 40 - Another pic
