  • Rivelin Valley: Dipper - 1 pair ; Mandarin - pair ; Grey Wagtail - at least 2 ; Grey Heron - 1 - On rock in river, unperturbed by stationary onlookers, including dogs.
  • Rotherham Centre: Iceland Gull - 1 - 2W, N over before circling & returning SW 1150-1155hrs. (Presumably Attercliffe bird)
  • Rotherham Centre; Don Canal, Rotherham Lock: Willow Warbler - 1 - singing male @ 0755hrs
  • Rotherham Centre; Main Street: Sand Martin - 16 - tight flock headed strongly SW @ 1506hrs; not seen to return

  • Burbage Valley: Ring Ouzel - 3
  • Canklow Woods: 319 - 1 - High over, came down near Holiday Inn.
