Edge Mount: Fieldfare - c120 - feeding in surrounding fields.

Parkgate Canal Basin: Mute Swan - 70-75 - c70, (inc 25 2cy) + 3 in from SW, circled & left NE @ 0750hrs ; Whooper Swan - 1 - 2cy still present ; Chiffchaff - 3 - singing males ; Blackcap - 1 - singing male ; Greenfinch - 1 - singing male ; Stock Dove - 1 - singing male ; Canada Goose - 1pr

Rivelin Valley: Mistle Thrush - 2 - Nesting pair disturbed by Tree surgeons on footpath down to Wolf Wheel . Amended the work to allow bird back on nest. Council Ecological survey the day before obviously missed the nest

Manor Fields Park: Blackcap - 1 - male around reedbed. ; Chiffchaff - 4 - around site. ; Moorhen - 8 - 2 Ad&6 recently fledged young. ; Snipe - 1 - in wet area by reedbed.

Orgreave Lakes: Black-tailed Godwit - 1 - circled small lake at 07:47 then SE; back on island at 07:52

R Don, Norfolk Bridge: Iceland Gull - 1 - 2w again, circled over to Burngreave at c14:25, and feeding at Warren St at 18:20.
