  • Fulwood: Pink-footed Goose - 250 - approx, SE in three skeins close together at 09:15
  • Hangingwater garden: Goldcrest - 1 - passing quickly through with mixed flock of tits
  • Hillsborough Park: Mute Swan - 2 - juvenile/1st w.
  • Lower Walkley: Whooper Swan - 2+ - heard over at 23.45 (probably heading NE or E)
  • Manor Fields Park: Great Spotted Woodpecker - 1 ; Reed Bunting - 1 - loosely assoc' with finch flock 12.30. ; Goldfinch - 30 - 30+ mobile around site ; Lesser Redpoll - 2 - in finch flock ; Bullfinch - 5 ; Blackbird - 20 - at least in mixed thrush flock ; Song Thrush - 4 ; Fieldfare - 1 - with thrushes 12.30
