Wharncliffe Side: Ring-necked Parakeet - 1 - In observers garden, calling

Canklow Woods: Common Buzzard - 2 - in the air together at 1430

Limb Valley: Mandarin - 5 - pair + 3 juvs on pond ; House Martin - 8 - circling above Hall

Malin Bridge: Tawny Owl - 2 - pair duetting in rain 00:45.

Manor Fields Park: Spotted Flycatcher - 1+ - 1 poss 2 birds on site . ; Tree Pipit - 1 - flew from site 07:20 flew south calling ; Garden Warbler - 1 ; Lesser Whitethroat - 1 ; Whitethroat - 10 ; Willow Warbler - 2 - with occ song. ; Chiffchaff - 6+ - at least 6 birds ; Blackcap - 7 - 2 male. ; Goldfinch - 40+ ; Bullfinch - 3 ; Wheatear - 1 - on middle lawn area 15:35 -15:55.

Norwood Allotments: Pied Flycatcher - 1 - Showed well along woodland edge from 3:30 until dusk. First record here. ; Spotted Flycatcher - 1 - Seen from19:30 to dusk. In same area with pied flycatcher. Only my second record for the site.
