  • Orgreave Lakes: Arctic Tern - 2 - Juveniles; had left by late morning. ; Redshank - 3 - 1 mid-morning had increased to 3 by midday when all circled and then appeared to leave (last seen over Treeton Dike) ; Yellow Wagtail - 2 ; Common Gull - 1 - Adult, left south ; Mistle Thrush - 4 - Flock of 4 south ; Meadow Pipit - c.40 - A big increase over recent weeks; very rough estimate with 2 or 3 flocks of 10+ ; Swallow - 60+ - 40+ at a time resting on the ground. ; House Martin - 15+ ; Sand Martin - 5+ ; Snipe - 2 ; 320 - 07-Aug
