• R Don, Effingham St: Canada Goose - 2 - nest with 6+ eggs, female put off nest by fisherman.
• R Don, Rotherham Centre; adjacent Forge Island: Sand Martin - c35 - a marked increase today, flying around in noisy, 'chittering' flocks; small groups settling on ground briefly in car park @ 1610hrs
