Longshaw: Red Kite - 1 - Floating over wooded area just west of top of A625. Seen from car.

Manor Fields Park: Spotted Flycatcher - 2 - 1 at 08:30 joined by 2nd bird at 08:45 on western edge of park ; Blackcap - 5 ; Chiffchaff - 7+ - 5+birds calling,2 singing around park ; Mistle Thrush - 6 ; Song Thrush - 3 ; Goldcrest - 2 ; Great Spotted Woodpecker - 1 ; Jay - 1 ; Meadow Pipit - 10+ - All south over park in 1's & 2's 07:25-09:00. ; Mallard - 11 ; Moorhen - 4 - 2 ad + 2 young on pond.

Morehall Res: Pink-footed Goose - 60 - C 60 birds flying high heading east 8 40am over Morehall Res.

R Don, Effingham St: Raven - 1 - over from Burngreave, tumbling, then headed W towards city centre ; Goosander - 4 - redheads, at least one imm ; 321 - 1 ; Canada Goose - 1 ; Kestrel - 1 - male overhead harassed by Carrion Crow
