Blackburn Meadows NR: Raven - 3 - Flying around the reserve @8.30. Tumbling seen from one bird. ; Corvid - 200+ - Mix of Jackdaw, Carrion Crow and Rook seen leaving the roost. ; Redwing - 150+ - Flying over and around the reserve through the morning. ; Fieldfare - 3 - In with Redwing flock. ; Siskin - 3+ - Mixed in with a small Goldfinch flock.

Fatty Boyns Ponds: Redwing - c78 - inc flock of c70 SW ; Skylark - 1 - N ; Pheasant - 2 - cocks ; Goldcrest - 2 ; Moorhen - 1 ; Sparrowhawk - 3 - f/juvs hunting ; Common Buzzard - 01-Feb - 1 low to SW calling; same or another disturbed from ground later ; Pink-footed Goose - 62 - E/SE @ 0911hrs (seen soon after @TCP)
