Ecclesfield: Sparrowhawk - 1 - Male landed in tree,then circling above Sycamore Road,harassed by Black- Headed Gulls.

Green Moor: Blackcap - 1 - Male feeding on pyracantha berries this morning ; Bullfinch - 1 - Male

Handsworth garden: Sparrowhawk - 1 - Female, failed attempt to take a goldfinch from feeders.

Lodge Moor: Ring-necked Parakeet - 1 - in a tree in Blackbrook Rd.

Low Common: Kestrel - 1 - female hunting, then S toward Rockingham Wood.

Malin Bridge: Redwing - c120 - nocmig good overnight movement again, 30 calls 00:30-06:00, 122 calls 18:00-00:00 ; Blackbird - 4 - nocmig, 01:30, 05:33, 19:30, 20:30 ; Grey Heron - 1 - nocmig 22:48 ; Golden Plover - 2+ - nocmig 18:20

Middle Common: Meadow Pipit - 1 - calls ; Reed Bunting - 2 - In defunct hedge/ditch along with 10+Redwing,1+Blackbird and 6 Brambing, ; Linnet - 40+ - From flax crop then some into Rockingham Wood,congregating in Ash trees(keys) with Goldfinch and Bramblings. ; Fieldfare - 20+ - W @ 12:25.

Middleton Moor: Pink-footed Goose - 26 - down on lagoon presumably due to fog ; 320 - 18 ; Wigeon - 1 ; Mallard - 6 ; Lapwing - 15

Morley Pond: Mute Swan - 1 - juv (yellow Y554). ; Mallard - 60+ ; Black-headed Gull - 50+ - inc 30+ following plough, N side adj field. ; Grey Wagtail - 1 ; Grey Heron - 1

Orgreave Lakes: Dunlin - 1 - circled small lake calling

Rawmarsh; High Street: Mistle Thrush - 1 - on spire of Methodists' Church briefly
