• Blacka Moor: Ring Ouzel - 5+
• Blackburn Meadows NR: Sparrowhawk - 2 - Pair being harassed by a single crow. ; Greylag Goose - 1 - Still only a single bird on nest between Jordan lock and the Weir. ; Kingfisher - 1 - flying near the weir just past Jordans lock.
• Canklow Woods: Grasshopper Warbler - 1 - 1 reeling

• Green Moor: Fieldfare - C40 ; Tree Sparrow - 10+ ; Yellowhammer - 2
• Holmesfield: Chiffchaff - 3 ; Curlew - 1 - heard
• Kimberworth Park: 319 - 3 - Together drifted from W end of estate over Roughwood School calling @ 14:30.
