• Five Weirs Walk: Chiffchaff - 1 - near Hawke Street ; Kingfisher - 1+ - 1 at Upwell Street, 1 at East Coast Road ~ possibly same bird ; Goosander - 7 - Redheads just below Washford Bridge, flew off upstream, but not seen subsequently ; Grey Heron - 1 - Single bird resting near Brightside weir ; Kingfisher - 1 - Single flying downstream from Newhall Road ; Goosander - 1 - 1 red-head drifting downstream to Newhall Road. ; Little Egret - 1 - Followed upstream from Newhall to Stevenson Road and closed section.
• Froggatt Edge: Fieldfare - c.150 - Flew WSW across "savannah" below White Edge, and landed in birches on Froggatt Edge.
• Grange Golf Course: Black-headed Gull - 4 ; Woodpigeon - 40+ ; Feral Pigeon - 20+ ; House Martin - 1 - Feeding over Walkworth Wood ; Wren - 3+ ; Dunnock - 1 ; Robin - 5+ ; Blackbird - 10+ - Most feeding among haw and blackthorn@ former tips. ; Mistle Thrush - 1 ; Long-tailed Tit - 20+ - Several parties ; Blue Tit - 1+ ; Great Tit - 1+ ; Jay - 4 ; Magpie - 4+ ; Carrion Crow - 10+ ; Greenfinch - 1+ - Feeding on berries nr Driving range. ; Goldfinch - 1+ ; Bullfinch - 1+ - calls

• Limb Valley: Red Kite - 1 - Flying south, escorted by gang of corvids. Seen from Bole Hill
• Malin Bridge: Common Buzzard - 3 - circling low over houses and calling.
• Manor Fields Park: Grey Wagtail - 1 ; Meadow Pipit - 4 - flew over south. ; Skylark - 2 - over south calling 09:12 ; Reed Bunting - 1+ - 1dropped in calling 09:38 with 2nd bird nearby heard only. ; Swallow - 3 - 1south 9am.+2 south 09:17. ; House Martin - 4 - over north end 09:24 ; Great Spotted Woodpecker - 1 ; Jay - 3 ; Goldfinch - 40+ - single flock on site ; Blackbird - 20+ ; Song Thrush - 6+ ; Redwing - 14 - dropped in briefly then flew west
