Attendees are welcome to bring displays and items to sell. Timings and speakers may be subject to change. The Sorby website (www.sorby.org.uk) will display up-to-date details, including any weather problems on the day. Reasonably priced food (sandwiches, cakes and biscuits) and hotdrinks will be available at all breaks, and the bar will be open from lunch.

Treeton is a village just over 6 miles from the centre of Sheffield via the A630 Sheffield Parkway. Arundel Street is found when coming from Catcliffe, turning right straight after the traffic lights over the railway bridge (Or, if coming from Aughton, turn left before the traffic lights) by Cohens Chemist. Then go to the end of Arundel Street, where there is plenty of off-street parking.
Buses from Sheffield: (Note bus routes and times have changed a lot since last year with different bus routes and numbers, so please check before traveling; the Sorby website will be kept up to date.)
71 (TM Travel) to Harthill via the Parkway and Darnall leaves Sheffield Interchange 08:59 & 09:59, then hourly and takes about 25 minutes. Alight opposite Cohens Chemist,in Treeton.
Buses are 30 minutes past the hour back to Sheffield.
95 (First) to Rotherham leaves from Arundel Gate (stop 2) outside the British Heart Foundation shop at 09:05 & 10:05 takes about 30 minutes. Alight opposite Cohens Chemist in Treeton.
